About the Product
Yes. All our baths are freestanding units that sit on the floor and connect to standard Australian plumbing. No renovation, tiling, or wall modifications required.
No. Our baths use compression seal technology that creates a watertight barrier when the door is closed. The seal is tested to withstand full bath pressure and is covered by warranty.
Yes. We offer a dedicated Wheelchair Accessible Bath with a wider body (690mm), seat at standard wheelchair transfer height (430mm), and optional outward-opening door for maximum clearance. Our compact Walk-In Bath also features an ultra-low threshold for easy step-in access.
Yes — you step in, close the door, then fill the bath. This is standard for all walk-in baths because the door must be closed before water fills above the door seal line. Our baths fill in approximately 5-8 minutes depending on your water pressure. The fast-drain system empties in under 2 minutes.
Yes. Both models can be configured with hydrotherapy jets, bubble massage, heated seat, and LED chromotherapy lighting. Enquire for availability and pricing.
Ordering & Delivery
Delivery is typically 4-6 weeks from order. Your bath is carefully palletised and shipped via freight carrier to your door, anywhere in Australia.
We deliver Australia-wide via freight carrier. Delivery costs depend on your location — we'll include shipping in your quote.
Your bath arrives on a pallet, delivered to your ground-floor address or driveway by a freight carrier. It weighs 65-90kg depending on the model, so we recommend having two people (or your plumber) available to move it inside.
Installation
Yes, we recommend a licensed plumber. Installation is straightforward — it connects to standard hot/cold water supply and a 40mm drain, just like a regular bath. It's a standard plumber job.
Our Walk-In Bath is 1000 x 570mm and our Wheelchair Accessible Bath is 1320 x 690mm. Check our product pages for full dimensions. Send us your bathroom measurements via the contact page and we'll confirm fit.
Yes. If your existing bath is removed, a walk-in bath can connect to the same plumbing points. Your plumber may need to adjust the drain position slightly.
Returns & Warranty
Your rights are protected under the Australian Consumer Law. If there's a fault or the product doesn't match its description, you're entitled to a remedy. Contact us and we'll work with you.
All our baths come with a manufacturer's warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship. Contact us for full warranty details for the model you're interested in.
Payment & NDIS
We'll discuss payment options when you enquire. For NDIS plan-managed participants, we can invoice your plan manager directly. Contact us to discuss what works for your situation.
Yes — if you're self-managed or plan-managed, you can purchase from us using your NDIS funding. Self-managed participants can buy directly and claim reimbursement (usually within 2 business days). Plan-managed participants can have their plan manager pay us directly. You'll need an OT assessment recommending a walk-in bath as assistive technology. We provide full product specs, quotes, and documentation for your OT or plan manager.
We're working on adding flexible payment options. In the meantime, contact us to discuss payment arrangements that work for you.
